These agreements entitle you to stay in your home for life - if you choose - without any fear of being turned out, and provides security of tenure.
We take care of the day-to-day maintenance, like building repairs and mowing the lawn, so you're free to get on with doing the things you really want to do. And you're in control of your money.

We know that funding your move is important to you, so it’s also important to us.
With this in mind, part of our process will give you access to an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) who can help advise you on all the financial options available to you in funding your move.
In addition, we’ve partnered with hand-selected businesses to give you a hassle-free move. Our Moveasy service is available to all Birchgrove clients.
A one-off Joining Fee is payable prior to moving in, but there is no exit fee or additional charges on leaving the property.
