Why rent?
Our high-quality retirement properties are solely for rent – no pressure to buy once you move in. There are no lengthy contracts or confusing small print.
The rent covers the large-ticket expenses like energy costs – electricity, heating and water – and many of the rising incidental costs e.g housekeeping, broadband, window cleaning, gardening, buildings insurance, security and a whole host more. We also include one-hour housekeeping each week to lend you a hand with cleaning your apartment.
And for complete peace of mind we don't have additional service charges or exit fees. All you pay is the rent and a one-time joining fee.
Smart Assistance
Developed to detect and prevent falls and create a safe living environment, your apartment is fitted with the Nobi Smart Lamps. The lamps are packed with cutting edge technology and uses artificial intelligence to monitor every room and activate staff assistance when required.
In addition, you will be provided with a smartwatch which allows emergency calls to be made anywhere at Birchgrove. It can be conveniently and discretely worn so that if you want it can go anywhere you go.
(Please note: Nursing care is not provided.)
