Retirement rentals

Unique to the Birchgrove offer is its inclusive rental model which covers electricity, water, heating, broadband & WIFI, buildings insurance, buildings maintenance (e.g. plumbing) line rental and telephone calls, security, general maintenance, rubbish collection, 24hr emergency aid, window cleaning and weekly housekeeping.

And that’s not all! The inclusive rent also provides access to the Moveasy service from the Senior Move Partnership, providing personalised support to help you plan and manage your move from your very own Senior Move Manager. You will also have access to a financial planner to assist you on how best to fund your move to Birchgrove.
